I have been going to Rumors off and on since 2005, have never got the hair cut style I wanted after showing pictures of the style and was told they could do it, had a couple different stylists which only one is still there and outcome was always the same. Maybe they need to go back to school to learn how to do a face frame cut!! Or let me see another stylist who can!! They also burnt me when I had my eyebrows waxed as well. The best person they had for nails and pedi's, she was awesome!! I have never ever been told that a salon wasn't right for me!!! I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

My first time using their services. Karen was so friendly and professional. Finding a hair stylist you feel comfortable with isn’t easy, she definitely went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. Just a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere in the salon and clean. I would recommend this salon 100% and look forward to seeing and using all the services they offer.

Just realized that I never left a review for this amazing salon! Im very cautious about who I let cut my hair because stylists don't always know how to cut it properly. But Jolleen truly works magic with hair and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back! ❤️

Maddy does not know how to cut hair. I used to come here all the time but two times now I had Maddy. Came the other day my hair came out so bad so I went to a different place the next day and even the lady was like “who cutt your hair” this is a really great place, unless you get Maddy.

So happy I found this salon. I have had 3 horrible hair cuts . I was nervous because I grew my hair for 6 months just to get even cut. Everyone was so nice, Gisele highlighted my hair beautifully I love it. She was not to sure of cut but was helped by staff which I thought was great. It came out great.
