Cameron was very thorough and gentle, recommend asking for her specifically. She did a great job cutting my very long hair to a reasonable length and listened to all my requests regarding styling and shaping.

I have been a happy Rumors client for years. Ellen is outstanding, as are all the stylists I see transforming their clients’ hair.

Fantastic Salon!!! Very professional and reasonable. Renee is the best - I am always receiving compliments on my hair - cut & color are perfect. I also get my facials and nails done - also wonderful. (Moved here 3-years ago - and did not have good experiences at other shops prior to Rumors - will never go anywhere else). As a side note - looking at the 1 star rating from a month ago. I was in the salon that day and it was extremely uncomfortable and to say the least sad. No one deserves to be spoken to in those tones. (Stylist had 2 clients sitting side by side getting their hair done) Understandable that you can never make everyone happy but there are always 2-sides to every story.

I could write a short story of how bad my experience here was. From the worst haircut I've ever had (after I supplied pictures and detailed instructions about what I wanted) with an orange-y blob right in the front that was supposed to be my highlights, to being forgotten about when they said they'd fix it, to appointments made that were a waste of time because they didn't have the supplies, and finally, after 7 weeks walking around with this haircut, they manage to get the extensions in... and they are the wrong color. This place is the epitome of unprofessional. After all that, I still had to go somewhere else to get it fixed (took 3 days at a real salon, not 7 weeks and 6 appointments).
