Rudys Nails

I had to come back because they left gaps in 4 of my nails. When I came back the girl made me bleed because she didn't know how to remove the already messed up nail.

I made an appointment online and got confirmation. First things first I could not find her shop, I ask a lady I saw at the location where the gps led me and she redirected me to a basement, I went and knocked nothing, then saw the neighbor and he said he’d call her to let her know I’m outside. Rudy told the guy that she is expecting someone but she knows who it was and she doesn’t have an appointment with me. I was so angry I just walked away this was for my wedding the next day. If I could give zero star I would why have a website for bookings if you’re not gonna use it?

Made an Appointment Online. The technician texted me asking if we could reschedule which I said yes. I asked the tech if I could go back and rescheudle online but she told me not to do so because she would see her calendar and made me a new appointment, till this day I DID NOT GET A TEXT BACK. I WAS A NEW CLIENT, and its very unprofessional to have someone ask you for services twice.

Great customer services and she the best with my nails she best designed my nail and she knows what I like very reasonable price thank I will recommend 1000% not 100 🙈✅

I see Solanlly and her work is wonderful. I love the way she takes her time to do nails. I'm always satisfied
