I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new nail technician, and I guess third time's the charm. The first time I went there I was lucky enough to get Brian as my technician and he is great! I went back about a month later and he remembered me. They have lots of colors of dip and gel. The pedicure chairs where very comfortable. I'm glad I found my go to place for nails!

They did an amazing job on my pedicure. I asked to have my eyebrows trimmed & cleaned up, not shaped and she took 1/2in off the end of my eyebrow. Now to mention it hurts to blink because my eye lids are so raw & she ripped the skin off in 2 areas. It took me years to grow my eyebrows out to fit my eye socket after destroying them in high school. I’m very distraught that I now have to grow them back. Zero stars for eyebrows, 4 stars for pedi.

I took my mother and myself to have our nails done and they turned out great. They were not even on a week and one of my mom‘s nails completely popped off. So I told her to go by and have them fix it. I spent a lot of money having two sets of acrylic nails done at a place that I have never been to before And can promise you. I will never go back because when I told my mom to go in there today and have her nail fixed. They wanted 10 more dollars just to fix the nail that popped off because they didn’t put on correctly. Said she must have broke it or something, but oddly enough she has the whole nail where it just completely popped off.

i’ve always struggled to find a nail shop that makes me feel comfortable until i visited ruby’s nails. I have only been going once a month since February 2022 and getting my nails done by tom. every set of nails i have gotten i have loved so far and the only downside is i wish i had a few more options for colors and they had more of a variety of sizes for nail gems the smallest ones i’ve seen are kind of big compared to the size of nails and take up a lot of room when you want something small and classy. other than that i really like this place and would recommend and they also give me discounts of 15% total when i bring in my school ID and pay in cash.

Thuy was an amazing tech I had to bring my little one and she was super accommodating with us. She also does amazing waxing services! I’ve been coming here for years and had had every one of there staff and have nothing but exceptional service. Overall the atmosphere is calm, always a movie playing, refreshments offered, 10/10 recommend
