Not only do they do impeccable, detailed work every single time, but they also care about the customer’s entire experience. We visit nail spas not just for beauty upkeep, but also to relax and destress—and the team at Ruby Nails truly understands that. I never want to take their kindness and excellent service for granted, especially since it's not the standard at some other nail service shops. I’m a flight attendant and have to get my nails done wherever I can. I’m always so nervous to go to a new place because I don’t want to waste my money and not be happy with the service. I will definitely be back to Ruby Nails whenever I am in Columbus!! Sophie did an amazing job fixing what I previously had done somewhere else. She did a great job on my pedicure too.
