Ruby Nail Bar

I have been coming to Ruby Nails since November and was hooked from the first time. I have always had a good experience and each nail tech is a perfectionist. I love their attention to detail and the way they ensure each nail is symmetrical. I have never felt comfortable in the past being audacious with my nail designs but here I know they will deliver. The price is sooo good too. The receptionist staff are always fabulous as well. I love the atmosphere.

First of all, the nail tech Allen was sweet as can be. But the quality of the gel polish they put on my fingernails leaves a lot to be desired. After 6 days of having the gel manicure, most of my nails are chipping, etc. I called the salon, as well as sent an email to request a refund, but they didn’t respond at all until I let them know that I had filed a chargeback with my bank. Then they chose to respond and said that sometimes if you type or their gel light malfunctions, then chipping can occur. I have always had gel manicures and they last between 3-4 weeks. So six days is a complete joke. They offered to redo the nails for free once the chargeback was filed, but I declined due to not wanting to waste my time and worry over future quality issues. They always do an amazing job at Ruby’s but this set is my absolute favorite!! My daughter (the red with cherries) couldn’t love her nails anymore! 10/10 recommend!!

I sadly forgot to ask the guy he’s name, but he did an amazing job. Really happy with the results, be coming back, amazing people. They did it a lot faster that what I was expecting. Will recommended it ☺️

I took my daughter today, and service was above and beyond. She sketched a design for her nails and Peter did an absolutely amazing job. His attention to detail and care was phenomenal. His work was so detailed and he made it look effortless.
