Ruby Happy Nails

I visited Ruby Happy Nails today with a friend because I had won a gift card. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Disappointing would actually be an understatement. Sunny, who did my pedicure was rude and aggressive, and her customer service was lacking. She didn’t even finish my toes nor my friends, someone else named Grace had taken over. And to be completely honest, she wasn’t much better. We had made two appointments to get our pedicures at the same time, and ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes and still weren’t provided service at the same time. In addition, they used the same toe tools on both of us, which is completely unsanitary. When it came time to pay, she was completely making up prices because the math didn’t add up. I haven’t been here in years but was in the area and needed a quick manicure. They took me in right away. Luna did my mani. I left with my nails butchered to say the least. She split my nails from the sides while filing. Thats how hard and randomly she was filing. While cutting my cuticles, I kept telling her to take the side skin off too. She was also randomly cutting and not able to see what she was doing. I was very annoyed to say the least. Fast forward three days later, 4 of my nails have broken becasue they were split from the side. Won’t be coming again.

I have been going here for 7 years on and off. I make an appointment every time and i end up waiting. I waited 45 minutes while anna worked on another client from start to finish. have no consideration for others time at all. my nails chipped after 2 days got a powder gel. i came back and MADE APPOINTMENT TO SIT FOR 45 minutes. she gave me an attitude and had the nerve to say what did i do to make my nails chip. the woman she was working on asked do you want to help her? in front of her and everyone she said No! they have zero respect for me the way they treated me. they don’t even call me by my name and i know they know me i’ve been going there years. i also went there a few months ago again made an appointment they were working on 3 teenagers, they had me soak my nails, and sat in the c

I love the atmosphere here, and the employees are really nice. I don’t go that often, but some of the employees remember my preferences which I love. I recommend getting a gel manicure/pedicure & eyebrows done here
