I went in with my mom to get my eyebrows done as usual. She got hers done and while I was doing mine my mom had stepped out and she informed them I, her daughter was going to pay for her and I heard Monira (Im not exactly sure how to spell her name) mock my mom for not properly saying a sentence correct in English. It was very upsetting to hear her mock my mom since I’ve been coming here for over 8+ years and have never experienced this.

I called earlier this morning to book a haircut appointment for my daughter, and later called back to add a hair massage service for myself. Unfortunately, the response I received was quite rude and dismissive. Instead of simply informing me that the appointment was unavailable, I was told, “We already have an appointment with others—how can I do yours?” I was expecting a straightforward response like “we’re fully booked” or “we're unavailable at that time.” As a customer, I have no way of knowing how many staff members are available or how the schedule works internally. It would be more helpful to communicate availability clearly and courteously. The person I spoke to on the phone was especially rude, and I found the tone quite surprising.
