Had my first experience at Ruben's yesterday and it was wonderful! Carlos is probably the nicest barber I've ever gone to and he really took his time to give me a good cut. You can tell he's worked really hard to improve since those not so good reviews and that he really cares about customer feedback, what he does and his customers needs.

Carlos is a very good barber. I got a haircut, but when I got home I realized I wanted it a little shorter. The next day I called around 12pm and Carlos told me I could come by at 6pm. I planned my whole day around the appointment moving other things around. At the time of the appointment, Carlos said he was busy and that maybe one of the other barbers could help me. I only go here because I like the way Carlos cuts my hair. You have to keep your word. That is the only way to run a business. He's young. I hope he learns that you can't do this to customers.
