She went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute appointment, and for that I was incredibly grateful. The salon itself was spotless and it was highly evident that she and her stylists have developed great relationships with clients. Marlene has been my hairdresser for so long that I can't even remember how long now. The care for my hair has always been excellent. My husband and I moved away to Tampa, but when we're in town, I make it point to get my hair done and catch up with Marlene.
