I’m very disappointed in my stylist Rosalind and the two attempts to do my hair properly. I set an appointment 8/8 to get a 4 braids with fishtail which cost over $150. Before setting my appointment, I contacted the stylist to confirm she can do the style & what hair she needed. Her response was “yes and braiding hair”. She was struggling just to do the braids and showed issues with the hair that she told me to get. Finally, without letting me know, she finished the job and gave me a regular braid without asking me what I wanted when she couldn’t do the fishtail. She did not give me a mirror to look at my hair and it wasn’t until I pulled the braid to the front that I was able to see I didn’t get what I wanted. Found RSVP Studios 2 yrs ago when I moved to Winder and she is an absolute hidden gem for me.Rosalind does pretty much everything as a stylist and she has had my business this whole time. The shop is beautiful and I love her vibe and thanks for always taking care of me . These pictures are me getting a wash, blowdry and a braid down with my natural hair after taking my knot less braids out.

I had a great experience here. The salon was clean and welcoming, my stylist Rosalind was nice and professional. She did a silk press & trim for me and my hair turned out beautiful. I’ll definitely be returning and I recommend her to anyone looking for great hair care and service!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now. When I started I had a relaxer and wanted to transition to natural which I successfully did! Yesterday I tried something new…a sew in and I am beyond pleased! Thank you for going above and beyond and assisting me!
