Great store with a variety of products. Roz is very welcoming and friendly. Very pleasant to talk to. If you ask about a product she'll do her best to help you find it and if she doesn't have it she'll get the information and get it for you. She has more than just hair too. She has hats, handbags, tshirts, earrings and so much more. The store has a serene atmosphere. The best thing is that it's convenient. We don't have to travel so far for a hair store anymore. And the fact that it's black owned is a plus. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area

When I first arrived to this Beauty Supply Store, it was new to me and just starting out. I met Ms. Roz personally and she was quite hospitable. I enjoyed the friendly talk and able to purchase something that I wanted. There was something else I wanted, but I had to order it, and that was nice too, since she is right in the community.

Walking in the store an employee behind the counter was very very rude and does not know how to engage in professional customer service. She is also very unprofessional & disrespectful towards her coworkers. She should not be working in customer service period.
