I called today to make an appointment. No one answered. I received a call back from an Anne asking what I needed. I asked for the lady who owns the Iron brand who does locks and went to say I needed her to my child’s hair. Anne told me the lady is not available and went on to advise she does not do children’s hair. She passed the phone to another lady who she claims was the sister to the one I had asked for. I told Posha, what I needed and proceed to take an appointment for 3PM with Posha. I arrived at the salon and inquired for who Posha was since I had an appointment at 3PM. The same Anne, whom I have worked with in the past and decided not to have her do my daughter’s hair again, pointed to Posha. I asked Posha how long it would take for her to do my child’s hair and she told me “abo

Treese was our stylist and she was amazing. Knowledgeable quick and guiding. Helped navigate their booking site figuring out what style my daughter wanted and what she would and wouldn't need.

I had the best experience ever that atmosphere is very nice. Felt like I was with My family. My hairstyle miracle worker. Love her down 🙂‍↕️❤️ 10/10 would recommend.

Ann did an AMAZING job on my braids . Everyone was so sweet & patient . The shop has a great family feel , can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Ann Ross is so unprofessional!!! You book with her and she makes up an excuse not to do your hair or she say she’s sick and you go in the shop and she got at least three people ahead of you when it’s suppose to be your appointment time.
