Originally had an appointment for Friday after. Had to change my appointment Thursday instead @10am. Responded quickly said the appointment change was fine. I arrive at my appointment 10 mins early, the salon doors are locked, telephone goes straight to voicemail. Waited for a half hour Never responded, never showed up to her salon. Very unprofessional, will not be booking again
