SOSA AND KENSHÉ BROUGHT MY BIRTHDAY LOOK TO LIFE!! I loved being a client of Sosa’s! Her service was great, she was patient and so kind, she took her time on my hair, and I absolutely loved my protective style over my locs! I highly highly recommend Sosa for quality service. Kenshé, MUA, did an amazing job on my Glam look! She literally smoked the look that I wanted for my birthday and I can’t thank her enough!! Book with her to prettify your face for any occasion! Sosa took really good care of me. I came in thinking I needed a detox (what other stylist told me) and she immediately told me that was incorrect. A quick inspection, and she told me that I needed a scalp treatment and not a detox. Been going to her ever since. She even got a medicated shampoo for my flaking. Jada Woodfolk was one of the most unprofessional hairstylist I’ve ever been in contact with and I didn’t even get my hair done by her!! I contacted Jada on a Friday and she responded quickly. I booked on a Sunday which was already $2 to book (which I didn’t mind) but then she asked for an additional $20 for a deposit. Which I sent immediately, and it didn’t state anything about non refundable! I had to contact Jada 3x’s if she received the deposit. Finally I got a response back Tuesday evening as soon as I canceled!! When I asked her for the deposit back she didn’t respond and I had to ask again and that’s when she came up with a couple excuses on why she wasn’t sending the deposit back, and she also stated if I made any “false reviews” she would take them down; which this experience is no

I originally came to royal touch to receive a service for acne with esthetician Ashley which has been amazing and helped me with the pigmentation of my skin. Then I was introduced to Sosa who is the most amazing lock stylist I have EVER had. Always punctual and the best service. Can’t brag on this business enough
