I saw there was an offer on Groupon for lash extensions and so naturally, I wanted to try the service out. I booked my appointment for 4pm and didn’t have to wait long upon arrival even though I arrived early, which was nice. I forgot the name of the lady that helped me today, she was there around 3:30pm at the desk and also happed to be my lash technician. Honestly, the first red flag for me was how the bed was not prepped beforehand although I had made an appointment. The blue weewee pad looking cloth was not replaced with a new one and there was this U pillow that had NO COVER, straight foam lol. She did put a long parchment over everything?? I had a very disappointing experience at this lash studio. The environment was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional from the moment my appointment started. The lash tech repeatedly went back and forth out of the room while working on my lashes without washing or sanitizing her hands. My lashes were also not cleaned before the application, which is basic hygiene for this type of service. Throughout the entire appointment she was talking loudly over my head. I had just finished working an overnight shift and was really looking forward to a quiet, relaxing experience, but there was no sense of professionalism or consideration. I’ve been coming here for eyebrows for a few years now, the ladies here are so kind. Shout out to Jass, who’s super gentle with my brows and skin. The prices are affordable too.

You guys also burned my armpits 3 years ago and I still have the marks. I decided to try it again, service was fine but pressuring costumers to give you their phone number is beyond insane. I couldn’t even pay without being forced to give my number. I don’t want to be in your “system” just let me pay.
