Clean, well-priced, and such a friendly team. I got builder gel and while it wasn’t exactly the shape or natural look I wanted at first, they were incredibly professional and kind when I shared my feedback. I really appreciated how they handled everything and made sure I left happy. Great service and I’ll absolutely be returning!

Update: I have been back twice since for manicures with Helen. I am just so impressed by how long my gel manicures are lasting - 3-4 weeks without any chipping! I highly recommend. I had an excellent experience at Royal Spa Lounge with service from Amy and Helen. They were gentle and thorough in my manicure and pedicure, taking care not to cut my nails too short or draw blood at my cuticles. They were kind and accommodating and I’ll be back!

Kellie is thee best. She does it all! Amy is quiet, shy, but does amazing work. Iknew is so sweet and very professional. Whenever I get my nails done, I only trust Kellie. She is always doing a great job. She loves creating different styles. She values her loyal clients and I absolutely love that she never lets anyone wait too long. This place runs like a tight ship. It's really clean. The staff is very attentive and strive for excellence. I wouldn't trust any other location with my nails. Hope you love the Royal Spa Lounge as much as I do!

I wish I could give more than five stars. The ambience, the quality & value, the kindness and professionalism of the staff!! I would like to thank Amy for literally the best pedicure I have ever had, and Iknew for guiding me through my first time doing buildable gel nails. These ladies took great of me and pride in their work. I will be a repeat customer!

Booked an early morning pedicure last night, and I really loved that I was able to book online. When I arrived I kinda panicked when I saw the sign that said they only do cash tip but they said I could do Zelle or Venmo. Tilly did my pedicure, and she was absolutely amazing. I’ve been having so much pain in one of my toes, turns out it was a bad ingrown. Tilly really took her time to get it and my toe feels so much better. I will definitely be back and I will book with Tilly again. Thanks girl 😊
