I moved to Arizona in 2021. It's not easy to find new hair dresser but after reading reviews about Rita, I scheduled an appointment. Rita is awesome & really knows hair. Love my soft perm. She's fantastic & I never went anywhere else.

This was our third visit with Rita at Royal Salon, and once again, she did an amazing job! My son got a perm and a fresh haircut, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Rita is incredibly talented, patient, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks just right. She has a great way of making my son feel comfortable and confident during the process, which means a lot. We’ve found our go-to stylist, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, high-quality hair services. Thank you, Rita, for your consistently excellent work!

Please do not ever come to this Salon. Rita burned my hair with her “organic perm” on November 2024, and my hair has not been the same since. Not only is it damaged and falling out, the curl pattern is inconsistent and horrible. I’ve showed other perm specialists and they are shocked at my results. Since the day I left Rita’s salon I’ve been absolutely depressed with my hair, and she was not even courteous enough to return my money. In the photos you can see she curled my roots and left the rest of my hair straight because she did not evenly distribute the hair perm solution. As well as I lost a lot of hair at the scalp from her irresponsible technique. Please don’t trust her paid reviews and stay far away from this irresponsible and inexperienced stylist. ******UPDATE TO RESPONSE: SEE SC

Rita should be put out of business. She destroyed my hair and has no skill as a hair stylist whatsoever. She’s too busy talking to pay attention to her work, and it seemed like I knew more about the process than she did. She messed up my hair so bad, both cut and color, charged me $500, and I had to immediately go to a new salon to chop off most of my hair & fix the color. That cost $400. Rita REFUSED to work with me and refused to refund any of my money. I don’t know how she is possibly still in business but all I can say is I wish I read reviews first- so if you’re reading this, STAY AWAY! Don't let this woman touch your hair and then on top of it sell you bad quality products (she likes to ask you what products you use, and then tells you how “bad” they are and she will set you up with

Always live getting my hair done by Rita! This new shop is way bigger than the old shop, and the new layout looks so clean and open. My hair has never felt so light! Its time for a new style and color and Rita knows just what to do, suggesting semi-permanent black instead of permanent black cause she knows how often I like to change it! And this red color is so bold and vivid! Just look at the photos:::::
