I absolutely love this salon! Every time I walk in, the staff is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They make you feel comfortable right away, and you can tell they really care about their clients. The stylists are amazing at what they do—talented, detail-oriented, and always willing to listen to exactly what you want. I see Derick Smith, but everyone there is AMAZING!! My hair turns out perfect every single visit, and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and relaxing, and you never feel rushed. If you’re looking for a salon where the people are just as wonderful as the services, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

My extensions were falling out on day 3… Photos are day 9 and 5? I have videos of other days. I have texts to prove everything as well. asked for a refund or for them to fix them and instead they told me I couldn’t be serviced by anyone in the salon anymore . Very disappointing because i was excited to get my hair done, and shared with the stylist that I was having a difficult time lately. I wanted to feel pretty again. I had just had a baby, post partum baby blues.. I spent money I had been saving for a new look ($430) and left with something I didn’t ask for (which was upsetting enough but I was willing to deal with) and then my extensions were falling out and causing damage to my natural hair. Chanel is the BEST!!! She did the hair for my wedding and every. Single. Head. Was. PERFECT!!!!! She completed 9 girls in 4 hours!!!! All of which had beautiful updos that looked incredible and lasted ALL NIGHT! I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to meet the QUEEN herself for my big day!! I could not recommend this salon enough! Raegan always goes above and beyond for me whenever I come in. She makes me feel absolutely beautiful and is so fun! Also made my hair dreams come true by installing extensions
