I’ve had a hard time finding a nail tech whose work actually lasts on me. I tried multiple places and my nails would consistently lift or come off. When I started going to Kim, she was willing to adjust her technique and try different approaches until we found a method that works. Now my nails last, and I exclusively book with her. She’s detail-oriented, patient, and really listens to what her clients want. If you’re looking for consistency and quality, she’s it.

pretty disappointed sadly and for 70usd its NOT worth it.. I went in to get a refill i got my nails done in australia and thought well they did a beautiful job in australia, im sure it will be fine here. my nails hurt, I have chemical burn on my middle finger that burned the entire time the employee worked on my nails just sprayed rubbing alcohol on my finger. My nails are bumpy, rough and not smooth at all I have acrylic under my natural nail that I'm digging out because its stuck to my skin. I have nail polish all over my skin and if it wasn't for me pushing for more color I would of left with ombre white nails instead of blue.

I just moved to Beaumont and was looking for a new salon. I went online and saw the overall reviews and thought this looks like a good place. When I went in my appointment was with the manager. I had sent in a picture of how I wanted my nails done. The tech did a good job on the design, but two days after one of my nails popped off. Then the next day, another one popped off. And the way they popped off, led me to believe that they weren’t on their very well. I’ve had my nails done quite often and when they break usually they tear my nail and it hurt hurts If they’re on their securely and it’s clearly my fault. But this was not the case. My wife and I had appointments for pedicures, a manicure and full set. We were taken right away and they had us get both services done at the same time. They were fast, efficient and meticulous. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!
