Royal Nails

The staff is extremely friendly. However; I was extremely disappointed in the quality of work. I had acrylic stuck on my skin and the work was rushed. As you can tell, my cuticles weren’t removed nor were my actual nails filed/cut. The quality of work is disgusting. Removed them the same day I got them done. I have never ever had such a poor job done on my nails.

Adriana is the best!!! She is the best nail artist in the 956 area! She never disappoints. I always book her early because they are always busy but well worth the wait!

They squeezed me into their busy schedule (since I was a walk in), my pedicure came out amazing, loved how they actually take their time on your feet. The staff is the most friendliest people ever, such a great vibe, everyone was laughing and joking (including customers). Although the nail tech did cut me, I know it’s a common mistake, my nails are good, a few minor mistakes, But for the next time I’ll go with Adriana or Lola, so I can get some designs on my nails. Overall this is my go to place and my Husband loved the prices. Lol

The staff was extremely nice and helped me set up an appointment even though I accidentally went when the salon was closed. Nails have never lasted me so long! They have specials by day, have no restrictions on payment methods, and service was rather quick. Not to mention on the more budget friendly side compared to other salons. Will definitely be returning for another set!

I’m writing this after an experience my mom had with this place the last couple of days. I don’t have Facebook if not, this would be on there and she didn’t want to bother. After a failed attempt at messaging the owner of Royal Nails my mom decided still try going in the next day to get a pedicure. After waiting awhile someone finally asked if she had an appointment and when she said no all the other technicians were busy so she made an appointment for 6 pm the next day. She got there around 10 minutes till and NO ONE wanted to help her. They kept calling for a “Lola” that was in another room and she never came out.
