Royal Nails

I got my nails done here only about two weeks ago and already, one came off and I had to have it replaced, and now I’m missing three more of them. They are popping off like cheap press ons. I get nails done very frequently and have never had nails pop off like this. Normally my sets stay on until they are well long enough to get filled, I’ve even had sets still solid for up to a couple months without a fill, so the quality of my set from this salon is absolutely ridiculous. I should not be missing three nails (four if you count the one I had to get replaced) within two weeks. On top of that, I was given a service that I did not ask for which was way more expensive than what I had asked for, and when I asked to be refunded the difference in price, I was only given half of that difference. Been coming here and get my nails done for almost 10 years now, got my wedding and baby shower nails done here - how much I trust them 🤗🤍 yesterday I broke my nails and today Steven fix it for me and they look simple and elegant. Definitely recommend them.

Steven did my nails and absolutely killed it!! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and he did even better than what I had in mind. Helpful and quick. The prices were very reasonable as well. Definitely coming back. Go check it out!!

I have been a loyal customer at Royal Nails for years now but unfortunately this has to be my worse experience. August 30th I came to my appointment at 5pm and I got brand new acrylics put on, he did a fantastic job on the design but unfortunately afterwards literally a day later my fingertips became infected. I didn't know what could have caused the discoloration so I applied vaseline and coconut oil in hopes it would help but it did not. It just became more irritated, not even a week later I had to remove my nails at home. Very unfortunate situation that must be looked into further because even after removing my nails I am in great discomfort and my fingertips are extremely sensitive.

Ive been a customer at Royal Nails for over a decade! They have excellent customer service and my nails always turn out amazing. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails everywhere I go and I always tell people to go to Royal Nails!
