I was hesitant to speak out about my experience, but this has turned into a long lasting and painful issue that I feel is important to share. A couple of months ago, I came in for a builder gel manicure and a gel pedicure. My usual technician, Amy, was booked, so I was assigned to Michael. While the finished look of the manicure itself was not poor (Photo 1), the application caused significant damage to my natural nails. Within about a week, every single nail lifted, resulting in deep cracks and severe weakness (Photos 2 and 3). One nail, in particular, cracked deeply enough to bleed and caused considerable pain (Photo 2). The damage was far worse in person than the photos show. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The gentleman who did my pedicure did not shape my toenails properly or do the job correctly. When I asked him to fix it, he said it was just how my toenails are shaped and refused to correct it. For the price, this level of service is unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Yao did such an AMAZING job on my nails. I am soooooo picky about my nails. He made sure I liked my nails and also made sure he did too. He is just as picky as I am! He pays close attention to detail and he really went the extra mile on my nails. He hadn’t done marble in a while so he kept re-doing the 4 marble nails until he was satisfied. I will be coming back to him every single time. Plus he was fun to talk to. Thanks Yao!

Yao is amazing! I’ve been coming to him for a few years now and he never disappoints. He’s quick, and a perfectionist. He’s rather quiet but can be very funny and honest.
