Royal Nails & Lashes

This place used to do such a great job, but my daughter and I did not get what we asked for at all, nobody was listening. I paid for 2 full sets just to get tips glued to my nails and painted. I asked for acrylic multiple times. Our nails are crooked and don’t feel sturdy at all, and painful as all get out. Go someplace else, they are going the easy way out now. Not to mention they begged for a tip at the end.

This place is great! I see Lani and she is amazing. She always shapes my nails perfectly and makes sure I’m completely satisfied with my nails every time! Highly recommend

Had the best experience ever today! I had a pedicure level 5. I was spoiled rotten. I'm so relaxed, my legs and feet feel amazing and my toes look great. I'm on my feet 7 days a week at work and they are tired feet. This was the best money spent. I also had a full set done and she did amazing 👏 🤩 ✨️ I did a metallic color change gel polish, which I love. Great to get out of the summer colors.

Kim is absolutely amazing! She was so patient, took her time and was super fun to talk to, it’s always scary to come to a new place with an idea in mind. She took on my crazy design like a champ and made me super happy! I recommend coming to her!

I’m pretty upset with the experience I had yesterday. I’ve been going here for months and seeing the owner’s daughter, whom is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately she wasn’t there yesterday, which I should’ve walked out. But I have a special event coming up on Saturday, so I needed them done. I usually do the GelX nails… to which the person I had yesterday didn’t do, even though it was spoken about several times. The shape I wanted is not correct, she filled them with acrylic, not GelX. The design I wanted had chrome with art designs on the top. She did the nail art and then the chrome, after I asked twice if the chrome could be first. I gave up expressing my concerns and opinions due to the huffing and eye rolls any time I spoke up. I unfortunately spent $80 for crooked, acrylic nails tha
