Royal Nails

I am happy with my gel manicures at Royal Nails and recommend that you check them out. They help me select a color, carefully remove old gel and give a hand massage at the end. Friendly staff and conversation. I’m looking forward to a pedicure soon too!

I’ve been to this location a few times and always had a pleasant experience, until today. Last week, I left the salon and noticed that four of my nails started chipping almost immediately. I went back in today to let them know and to have a couple of them fixed, but when I explained the situation, the staff started arguing over who was going to help me, as if no one wanted to. The whole experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to have to come back only a week later, and even more disappointing that I ended up being charged for a full fill. In total, I paid around $100 for nails that chipped within days and still don’t look great. Really unfortunate, because I had liked coming here before — but after this visit, I’m not sure I’ll be back.

My girl was amazing!! She was super sweet and took her time with each nail! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to:)

I stopped in here to get a fill and I thought they did a great job! Tammy did my nails and she was super nice and she did the length and shape perfectly. Great prices too only $25! I’ll be coming back for sure.
