Royal Nail Spa Hilton Head Island

Im only here for a week and my first time going here and it was great. Quiet and calm environment very friendly people there. Because my nails are short I got tips glued on with builder gel and gel polish and its really nice quality. It was $60 for the full set which is affordable based on labor. Only complaints I have is one nail is crooked, and the ends of my nails aren't covered and sharp. As a nail tech myself I can fix that when I return I would go again for a refill if needed.

Exceeded all expectations! I went in for an emergency nail repair after a flight, and Mia was a lifesaver. She even squeezed in my family members as walk-ins. Great hospitality, complimentary drinks, and Mia’s work is perfection. She is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met! Highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hilton Head. And you can beat the price.

Nicole is the best! I’ve been going to her for many years for my pedicures, and she always does an amazing job. She’s the only one I trust to do a truly perfect pedicure while also taking great care of my ingrown nails and calluses. Nicole is very professional, detail-oriented, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I highly recommend her - go see her, you won’t be disappointed!

A delight to enter this establishment, open arms and warmth of welcoming. No upselling; they do exactly what you ask for. Mia, the owner has always been accommodating. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. All nail salons will have an issue from time to time..what I really appreciate from Royal Nails, if there is an issue, they will always fix it to make the customer happy and that means alot to me!

Mia and the entire staff are so welcoming and friendly to me every time I visit. If you want a special design, the techs are so talented they can do anything you want and it looks beautiful.
