I never write reviews but wow, I am very pleased with the service! I changed my mind on the design mid appointment but the nail tech was very understanding and kind about it. There were also cute holiday-themed deco inside the shop. I am very happy with how my christmas-themed nails came out and cannot wait to come back again!

My overall experience at Royal Nail and Spa truly exceeded my expectations. I took a break from getting my nails done due to damaging them from other locations. But I had an event coming up, so I wanted to treat myself. All the staff members were extremely nice and accommodating. They completed the service exactly how I wanted it-in a timely manner. The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere. At most places, I leave regretting had spent so much money. But at Royal Nail and Spa, it was worth every penny! I absolutely love how my nails turned out. On top of this, my nails still feel strong and healthy. I'll definitely be returning every 2-3 weeks to get a new set!!

Spa pedicure (detox spa) at Royal Nails is the next level! All staff were kind and friendly. If you’ve never had a spa pedicure here, I totally recommend trying it. I especially liked the hot stone massage at the end! You’ll be able to bring back your baby skin again🤣🍋

Very kind staff! Very accommodating to the designs I wanted and so many colors to choose from. I chose to do a more fall color and it turned out perfect!

Please be more careful how you treat your customers. I got dip powder and it came off in four days. I pay $64 (50+ $14 tip) for service. Then I asked if you could fix for me and you said no problem. So I got the same service for all my nails because it was all coming off. The e same price $50. Then you try to give me another bill for $50. You didn’t tell me there would be a charge for this, because my dip polish came right off. I always get dip in other salon and it never come off so quick. Another brand of dip was chosen because previous color came off in 4 days. You did not tell me there was a charge for another color. You just said you’d fix it. It doesn’t matter if it was the same color or not because it was all the dip was coming off and the same time. You then tried to charge me $
