Royal Nail & Head Spa

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and it’s easily the best nail experience I’ve had. The salon is always spotless, beautiful, and modern, and the whole vibe is calm and professional. Jay is my nail tech and he is incredible—every single set has been perfect. I always get a gel x set and bring a photo for inspiration and he recreates it exactly (usually even better), with so much attention to detail. My nails last, they look amazing, and I never feel rushed. If you’re looking for consistent, high-quality work, book with Jay—you won’t be disappointed.

Overall was just ok, not the best experience. Wanted to book with Jay but was unable to so went with Kathy. 1st picture attached is my inspiration picture shown. I feel what I received is pretty sloppy, and not what I was asking to pay an extra $10 for as a design. Some nails pictures did not have the dip powder applied to the entire nail and old dip that was soaked off was left under my nails for me to pick out after walking out of the salon. Lotion and hand massage was nice, would've been better if I was able to wash my hands prior to remove all the dust from my hands. Also kind of pointless to apply lotion to just wash it off. 10/4/25 update: Had a nail chip earlier in the week, then completely broke while loading groceries. Went straight to the salon and Tom fixed my entire set. Also

UPDATE #2: Due to inclement weather on the Saturday I was supposed to return to speak with Jay, I was unable to make it as planned. I called and asked for Jay so I could let him know, and the woman who answered the phone told me he was not there that day anyway. She told me she would pass my message along and took my name and number down. It has been almost a whole week and I have not been contacted. I am revoking my previous 3 star rating to reflect my actual experience, including poor customer service now, and will be issuing a charge back with my bank for the money this salon scammed me out of. I sincerely hope Kathy from this salon will rethink scamming people in the future as this has caused major issues not just for me, but now for the salon as they will have to go through the charge

Loved this place! Everyone was super friendly and made my daughter and me feel comfortable right away. Our nail came out so nice and clean, exactly what we wanted. The Head Spa was honestly amazing. So relaxing and refreshing, I almost fell asleep. My scalp felt so good afterward, and I left feeling totally relaxed. Definitely coming back!
