Royal Nail and Spa

I got a gel manicure and french pedicure last Friday(June 27 ). People are really friendly and the service was very nice. I really wanted to give 5 stars and thought I’d put up a great review over the weekend. However, today I see my gel nail paint on my left fore finger is already peeling off. The gel paint + cateye wasn’t supposed to come off just in 2 days!! I was really looking forward to making this nail salon as a permanent place for the kind of service they have given. However, I am disappointed ☹️!

This shop is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and the staff is always extremely kind and courteous. Tammy is my nail technician and she has been consistently wonderful. I went from my nails being very weak and brittle to extremely long and healthy. I have always had long nails, but years of wearing tips and acrylics took a toll on them, so I trusted her when she told me to try a thin dipping powder and she was right! I love getting my nails and feet done here! Thank you!

I came here a couple weeks ago for nail removal and gel pedicure and both were great, really felt like they took their time and did a great job, but 5 days ago I was quoted $75 when making my appointment for gel x nails vs when sitting down in the chair I was told it’s $80, only after going back and forth with nail tech and when the manager joined the situation did they tell me it’s $75 which I do appreciate that they stuck to their word when I made the appointment. However after, I saw at least 3 ants crawling on the table when I was getting my nails done, so much gel is left under my nails and I asked them to clean up where they saw leftover gel and they didn’t remove the extra gel under my nails on one of my hands, and 5 days after I left the salon, one of my nails is already coming of

There are reviews that state how serene this spa is. Visually it is. However the peacefulness was disrupted by the heavy application of sharp pedicure tools, the gentleman talking on the phone as he worked, using only the purple sponge for callus removal which wasn't very effective and the "touch up" he did on the toenail which resulted in the polish coming off by the time I made it home. And no, I did not have time to go back up there. I would not recommend this facility.

I love this Nail Salon! I’m new to the area but it’s very clean and the people are super nice. My nails lasted for over a month! And sometimes I get emails to get 5 to 6% off everything. I have done to come back in the next month. It’s good to use cash there due to the high cost of credit card transactions and it’s also good to make an appointment. I like as soon as you walk in they say hello and they don’t ignore you. Definitely a five star rating! I always ask for Stephen but they’re all good.
