This was my daughter first time yesterday coming here 1/2/2026 got hair done when it was done it look ok mind u I pay 200 the next day hair come the curl piece coming out will never ever come back here again unacceptable

My first time going to Royal Hair Braiding shop. The ladies were very respectful and helpful with helping me picking the right hair color. The shop is very clean and comfortable. The price that I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid. They work very quick as well. I will definitely be returning. Great job ladies keep up the great work.

Nelly was great along with the other ladies. My appointment was 9am I was in the chair at 9:15 am and done by 1pm, did I mention I got smedium knotless box braids with highlights. At first I was apprehensive about 3 people doing my hair at once but that was laid to rest with how gentle and respectful they were. They listened and accommodated all my requests. The shop and bathroom were clean and quiet. Her pricing is reasonable and they care and listen. Will definitely return and recommend.

I went to this salon on 7/21/25 and even though I made an appointment with Sterline, who previously did my hair, upon arrival I was told she was on vacation and another braider would be called. That took one hour. I made it clear I wanted shoulder length knotless, uncurled ends. The owner (I assumed she is) kept asking if I wanted it curled and every time I said no she seemed determined to convince me about it (clearly an obsession with curling ends). My problem started with my braider who was ROUGHER than a bull in a china shop. She kept grabbing on my hair as if she was fighting with it. Avoid this place at all costs. All the photos you see? They’re from one braider only don’t be fooled. This place is giving full-on scam vibes. I scheduled an appointment with a braider named Nelly yes, the one whose photos are used to draw people in and she completely stood us up. This was Easter weekend, and despite confirming two days earlier, she was nowhere to be found. My daughter was left sitting in the shop for two hours while the staff acted like they had no idea she even had an appointment. To make matters worse, they didn’t understand the hairstyle we asked for because they don’t speak English fluently. We walked out.
