Update Oct 2022 - Sam still gives an excellent haircut and pleasant service! Sam cut my hair for 8 years until I moved out of town, but I still stop by when I am back for a holiday. He does a consistently outstanding job.

Very Rude, Ray answers the phone with a "yeah" instead of good afternoon or a simple Thank you for calling Royal cuts. I asked about appointment system, to schedule a beard line up, and he Rudely hangs up the phone. Pretty consistent with other negative reviews about them.

Great location, Lily is very good and efficient in doing haircut and color within 2 hrs. Unfortunately she's only available on weekends, my busiest schedule ever but will recommend to give her a call, she prefers to take cash though.

Racism, Treating customers differently... I go to this place for 4 years after I moved to Suwanee today my experience forced me to add this review. No doubt they do good job but more than that respect and customer service is important. I called today at noon and booked the appointment. Owner and the hair stylist were there and hair stylist working with other customer. Owner told me please wait and you are next. I waited 10 mins and one customer came to the place and he asked how long time I need to wait. The Owner responded back and said I will take you right away before he takes me... I feel this is not fair and I told the owner thanks for your customer service and left.

Sam has been cutting my hair for more than 8 years. Great staff, amazing results, courteous and professional. I can sit down and say "the usual" and he gets it right every time!
