Salon looks nice, i heard great things about the service, after 1 hour waiting i had to leave. Not the place to go out an appointment.

Hands down, the best haircut I've ever had. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer. They have a TV in the waiting area, with a PS4 hooked up. Soothing Arabic music in the atmosphere. Seats are also really cool. There are refreshments while you wait (soda, water, etc.).

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. They are not professional at all. There is no point in making an appointment if they won't honor it and make you wait many times on different occasions. They have no respect for other people's time. Even though they may cut good hair the service has been going down and the quality of the haircuts. There is only one profession barber here and he is the owner, Omar. If decide to stumble into this place avoid SAM. If you like consistency in service and your haircut then DO NOT ask for Sam. Avoid this place if your respect your time, quality of service, and consistency. As they may be talking and forgetting where they were in your haircut. Also you have to be careful as they are no longer hygienic and sometimes do not sterilize their equipment.

Let’s be honest, they don’t have their prices written down anywhere, I paid three different escalating rates for the same service within a 2 month period. These guys take FOREVER to get you through a haircut and shave, don’t get me wrong, I love attention to detail and I love getting attention, but my barber is constantly on the phone, his shop boy is the one providing my services. I don’t know if i’m Actually getting the service from a certified barber or just a bus boy. I won’t be going back and I won’t be referring ANY business to them. What’s funny, I have spoken to three different people who claim to be a manager. Each one was to no resolve about the escalation in rates to my service or lack of service in this instance. My new and only barbershop. Nice place, friendly people. Omar is a true pro at his craft. He hooked it up nice. The cut was great, the shave was great, the hot towel and face scrub was amazing. Then I went to pay and he said 30 dollars? I was dumbfounded, I have paid 25-35 dollars most other barbershops in the area for a mediocre cut and a terrible shave. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
