Zero Stars. Worst Customer Experience. I went in to exchange two hair bows I purchased for a toddler at $1.49 per bow on August 19, 2024. Unfortunately the hair bows were too big. The receipt clearly stated “NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS; ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENTED FOR EXCHANGE. NO EXCHANGES ON ANY JEWELRY AND WIGS.” I brought the receipt and the bows back. Went into the store, found the size I needed and took it to the counter. I explained to the young lady that I wanted to EXCHANGE not RETURN but EXCHANGE. The young lady asked the older lady If I could return/exchange. I didn’t hear what the older lady said but the young lady stated to me that they had no way of knowing I purchased the bows EVEN with a receipt. I purchased my grandkids school uniforms here. Some were either too large or too small. There was no issue exchanging for the correct size as long as you have the receipt.

I love this store. Prices can't be beat, what I would pay $15 at CVS, I usually buy for like half the price here, the workers and owners are super nice and always willing to help, and they have tons of stuff, from clothes, uniforms, hair stuff, etc.

It’s time for y’all to let great grandma retire. Got a bad attitude and she’s forgetting. She claimed to put a receipt in my hand (which is a lie) so I go back and tell her I want my receipt she said “she never forgets to give the receipt”. Well you did today gram gram. So I told her I never left, I never got a receipt. She got mad. And said again she “gave it to me” I just left. I’m not about to argue about a sheet of paper. But I don’t want to hear anything if I have to return these overpriced SHEIN products. Won’t be here again
