I have been shopping here for 10years+ people are usually really nice and helpful however I recently visited here and was disappointed to find bugs in the package of hair never happened before please just be cautious when buying anywhere

This place is in the heart of Irvington. It basically has everything you need for your hair, nails, etc. I don't particularly love that city, but sometimes, if I really want a particular brand , I will stop by there. The only drawback I have is that....so many people who STEAL products make it bad for the honest ones like myself. There is this guy who appears to be paid to stand in the air and monitor the floor 🙄 ......when I go there I feel soo afraid.....all I want to do it is to shop, pay then run to safety.

I used to like that place , but now the new employees are so lazy. All they do is talk to each and when you ask for help they look like you’re a bother. Every wig you asked them they will tell you they don’t have it in stock without even checking the back. The only options is the ones on the mannequin pretty much . If you want it even though it’s been on the on display and isn’t new , you can only get 10% off cause apparently the register is only set up to give you 10% off . Save your time & go to the beauty supply store by supremo supper market they have more variety there.
