Royal Beauty Supply Indianapolis,IN

This past Wednesday I visited Royal beauty. My son had a dentist appointment so after his appointment we decided to visit Royal beauty to buy products for our hair. I also thought this was a good time to teach my son how to use his allowance debit card. There were no customers and we got what we needed within 10mins. The cashier was annoyed that my son put his pin in wrong. The tone of his voice made me furious. I told the cashier to calm down. I guess he was angry so he didnt give me my receipt and he didn't pass the bag to me. My son felt as if he did something wrong. This will be the last time I step foot in Royal beauty. Also, clean up. Its nasty on there.

Always great customer Service. I come all the way from Bloomington to shop an it's well worth it.

Love this store they have everything you will ever need and you go in there it ain't no you look u turn around and done no u will be in there for hours

It was horrible. Store front mirrors the inside. There is a lack of customer service or a welcoming environment. Boxes and stock clutter the aisles making it dangerous maneuvering through the store. And the boxes are old and tattered. They do not have enough storage space are are keeping product on the floors inside of the customer area. One can imagine critters crawling into the corners of the deteriorating cardboard boxes. Yuck! The wig department in the back was closed with no communication made available of when customers should expect it to open. And you know they have cameras everywhere and could see me waiting to be serviced but employees ever acknowledged me. One customer asked a question and was snapped at. This was approved VERY unpleasant experience.

I didn't shop, just took my mom. All my past experiences have been pleasant...💯
