Very crowded. But very well stocked. Parking is not free. And you could easily be ticketed

I was shopping in this store, picking up several items, when I noticed the owner approaching me as if I was stealing. I confronted him and made it clear that I work hard for my money and have no reason to steal. It's frustrating and disrespectful to be treated this way, especially when loyal customers like me and other minorities contribute to keeping this business running. No one should have to shop under constant surveillance and suspicion I won't be coming back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in there to get some human hair and edge control. It felt good to come in there and be out within 15 minutes as a good customer!!! I did not feel rushed or felt like someone was watching me as I walked up and down the aisles!!! I will be shopping here again!! Prices were very reasonable and the shelves were full of merchandise!!

Previously, I wasn't going to leave a great review. However, although unable to reach anyone via the phone, when I went to the store, I was helped immediately. The new cashier accidentally added an extra item to my receipt and I was unable to contact anyone through the phone sooo, I went to the store and I explained this all to whom I believed to be a manager. I also left my number and the receipt because I had to go to work and he told me he had to check the camera. I went there the next day and he assured me 1 extra item was added and offered a refund, Earlier, I had got my hair done and instead just used it as a store credit. I appreciate the fact that they he took the time to check that for me. Plus the new cashier was NEW, I cant be too mad about that right!?

I don't know how I missed this store but they have improved since Covid-19 smacked us. Everyone was helpful & I took my time browsing. Nice Crochet hair selection as before I ordered online. I liked what they have & you can see & feel it up close. Huge wig selection downstairs, as I was surprised. Found some good body soap for a good price, as another shop raised their price up $1.50. I will return.
