From start to finish the customer service and friendliness is "BAR NONE" ~ Keila & her crew are all amazing & perform FANTASTIC work! Everyone is so cordial & super polite! I am from out of town & was looking for a local shop close to my in-laws. I came across Royal Barber & it was literally 5 minutes away! The reviews looked amazing, so I called to schedule an appointment. Keila answered, she was so pleasant & inviting. She made time for me with her busy schedule, so I flew over! Took my son in to get a haircut and they knocked it out of the park. We have gone to so many barber shops and they always mess his hair up. He has a bunch of cowlicks but not Royal and they did an amazing job on my hair as well. We won't be going anywhere else from now on
