As a healthcare provider myself, I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves one. I booked a free demo session at Roxy Barber Acupuncture & Aesthetics after seeing an Instagram post offering a complimentary Piezoelectric Acoustic Compression Therapy treatment in exchange for honest feedback. I followed all the instructions, created a profile in the patient portal, and signed multiple consent forms — including one specific to the piezoelectric therapy. However, three additional consent packets in the portal listed a wide range of treatments that did not apply to me. I explained to Roxy that I had signed everything relevant but did not feel comfortable signing consents for unrelated procedures. Roxy is absolutely amazing!! I had such amazing results from my vampire facial. Will be coming back in the future for acupuncture. Definitely recommend, Roxy is a gem and is so knowledgeable.
