Rox Nails

Ive been a few times for a fill in, with no appointment! They do great work and always have a full staff to get you in and out. Hannah did my cute strawberry nails and killed it!

It’s crazy bc I always schedule a appointment and I be on time every time but I they always make me wait… like why say I can have that slot if you already have some one in it.. very very inconvenient bc I schedule around my business as I’m sure every one else does.. so if they just be honest with scheduling.. they would be considered the best shop I ever visited… and then they over charge me I got my bank statements on the phone at time transaction and they took more than what they told me.. receipt showed one price and my bank statement showed a whole 20$ difference

I’m from out of town and needed a manicure. I walked in wanting no color and had to repeat that several times. The nail technician asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes. She then cut my nails to the quick! She kept using the same cotton she used to get my red polish off making my fingers pink. Then she continued using the drill to take off polish after I said not to. But the final thing that had me walking out the door is her using the edge of the nail clippers to get dirt from under my nails. There is a tool for that! It really made me wonder if she was licensed !

The atmosphere is wonderful and the workers are attentive. I drive 40 minutes just let Hanna do my nails, but the whole staff is awesome.

This place was so bad my nail chip off the minute I left the store oh my God never had such a bad service. The lady totally neglected me and took way more care of my sister than me like favorite match. And then she charged me so much even though my nails are chipped oh my God
