Rouge Nails & Spa

The attached photos show my nails just two days after my service. My nails were done on Thursday, and by Monday I returned after work to have them fixed. I was told I would need to pay for an entirely new set, and the technician walked away. I was disappointed by both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend.

Don’t come here the quality is terrible I had one nail super super thick and one super super thin and when I approached them to help fix it any other salon says one week window this place says 2 days they refused to fix their own mistake without charging me.

Update : there’s a really nice salon nearby named QQ Nail Spa. Trust me and go there instead. Thank me later 💗 but if you MUST go there - only go the lady in the first chair. Her name is Helen I believe and she is the only tech there that can do nails 💅. Otherwise you will definitely be disappointed.

Sometimes this place is okay sometimes it's not. You have to find someone you like and only go to them. I went with another woman yesterday and it stayed out rough when she was uncertain with the length I wanted. The shape ended up wonky and uneven. Cuticles weren't pushed back at all. Nail broke today when I was doing laundry... not even lifting a bag just moving clothes. It broke at the tip part so I guess it wasn't secure...

This is my go-to place for my mani-pedi needs. The interiors are modern. The seats are new and the place is always clean. They never forget to place the plastic for the foot spa machine so it's hygienic. Above all, the staff are friendly and my nail tech is wonderful and always deliver fantastic results.
