LOVE Rouge! I had a hard time finding someone who did a good lived in blonde color until I found Bridget! She listens to your vision and delivers it perfectly. I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years now and I leave happy every single time! The aesthetic of the salon is amazing and doesn’t even feel like you’re in Lubbock. Will forever recommend Rouge and Bridget! 💕

Rouge offers a consistently amazing experience. The salon is gorgeous and unique. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Garrett’s consultations are so thorough. He takes the time to really understand what I want and uses language that makes sense to me. And most importantly, I love the results 😊

Went in for extensions and paid $1300 and left with blonde/brown extensions that didn’t match. Stylist offered to fix it, and dyed the extensions black, but did not dye my actual hair, so it is still uneven. Extensions should be a luxury service and nothing about my process felt right. When I asked her to dye my natural hair so I didn’t have 2 different hair colors (again) she said she would need to charge me. I then said I could pay, and she informed me there wasn’t enough color because she didn’t know I wanted an all over color. I was unaware I needed to specify I’d like the extensions to match the rest of my hair.

I’m not happy with my highlights at all!! I never paid so much money for highlights and had such a bad job done. I asked for full highlights but it looks like I got only partial done, my highlights are yellow and uneven. Have spots all over and I can wear my head up because it looks just bad. Now I have to wait for it to grow out and hope someone else can fix it. I’m so frustrated and all this before holidays

I have been coming to this salon for about 4 years and couldn’t be happier with the service, plus the atmosphere is top notch. I found Bridget on Instagram about 4 years ago and was driving 3 hours just to get my hair done.. she is THAT good. Luckily I am a lot closer now, but if I ever move again I’ll definitely be making the trip back to town just to get my hair done again. She does such an awesome job! 10/10 highly recommend!
