Lady at counter just kept eyeing me and my grandmother they turned us away because they thought we wouldn’t be able to pay. They just kept mentioning prices of everything. They just seemed really racist being realistically we were the only clients of color I will never come back here again.

Abigail exceeded my expectations for my manicure! Her attention to detail on the manicure and art was amazing! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My pedicure was done very well and the price I paid was good. I was informed the price would be increased $20.00 in November. I will have to really think hard about returning. The setup is not very comfortable nor is the foot soak.

I was able to schedule my appointments with no problem.i had to split my appointments up into 2 days because of availability. Though it was not a problem for me. The first day was mommy and son time and we both got our feet done. Thank you to Abigail Del Valle for doing an amazing job with making my son feel comfortable to get his feet done. Thank you to Nadia Mirza for an awesome job with my pedicure. I had asked that evening of there was anything available the next day earlier. They informed me if there is they would give me a call. I was able to get in early the next day and Tung Nguyen did an excellent job my nails and to sum up my experience Tiffany Do did an awesome job on my eyebrows. Now I feel good and look good on my way back home to VA.

I had my dip polish removed by Mike to give my nails a break. Mike explained how just the product is removed so there would be no damage to my nails. My nails came out great, just the way they were prior to having my nails dipped since October. I can not say enough about Mike, Tiffany and Nadia. Always a great experience. This is my go to nail salon. I’ve been back to Rose’ several times and I love it there. Friendly, happy place and always happy with my nails. Everyone at Rose’ is happy, polite and great nail technicians. So nice to go into a salon and not have the strong smell of chemicals. .
