I highly recommend Rosy for your hair needs. Aside of being a very nice person, she is very professional and knowledgeable about hair. She literally saved my hair! My head was not burning or itching with the chemicals, and the best of all is that my hair did not get damaged. she gave me the highlights that I wanted!
