ROSY'S HAIR BRAIDING

I will be coming back! Shandy is hospitable, efficient, and takes pride in her work. I enjoyed my experience from the offering of water and candy to the comfortable space she provided! I LOVE MY HAIR! Her communication is top tier and so is her availability! I contacted her a week before my proposed appointment and she communicated in a quick and detailed manner. She answer all my questions! In addition the night before my appointment she confirmed the desired hair color and style by phone. Hair, obviously, was provided with the service and she went as far as mixing colors so that I could get my desired style. I had such a great experience and I will be coming back!

Had a great first time experience with Shandy. I was desperately looking for a last minute hair salon for my son. I called 3 shops but they all didn’t have any availability. I called Shandy and she said that I could come now although it was getting late. When we got there, she was very nice and made us feel comfortable. My son was crying sometimes but she stayed professional and never lost her cool. The final result was exactly what I wanted. I just showed her a picture and she delivered!

So sweet, love her French accent! The hair… TEA. Got waist length boho with 27/30 and 27/613 curls. I LOVE IT! And she did it in just under 8 hours, my hair is long so normally its like 10-12 hours!

When I came the 1st time 5 weeks ago, she texted me the day of to change my time to an hour later. She when I got there, the wrong hair & color was out. I left with the style she THOUGHT I wanted. What’s the point of having a booking site, if you don’t pay attention to it? I texted her today to confirm the time, she changed the time again. When I texted her 30min before the new time she said to wait because she was still busy. Wth. She increased the price from what was on the website. She claims the price on the site is the kids price. Even though it doesn’t say that & I paid the cheaper price the first time. She lost a customer. PSA: Stop combing natural hair with a fine tooth comb. She changed her name on google. Rosy wasn’t the original name.

This is one of the best knotless braids that I’ve had in a very long time. The service was fast.My hair is very neat and light. I will definitely go back!!
