If you’re going to read anyone’s review, read mine. I called early this morning looking for an appointment to get a full set of acrylics. When I got there, and the only man there didn’t speak any English so he had to call the same lady I talked to initially to translate. He sat me down, and began applying the acrylic to my nails in giant globs, to which he had to use a tool to scrape the excess acrylic out from under each of my nails. I’m not one to complain, or speak up (although i wish i was), I immediately could tell this wasn’t going to be good. After the globs of acrylic were applied to my nails, he very poorly filed the edges of my nails with a file and then proceeded to dremel each of my cuticles and tried to pry some globs of acrylic off of my fingers with a cuticle cutter- which

I love this salon! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The lady who did my nails made sure I had exactly what I wanted and took her time making sure every little detail was perfect. 10/10!

I haven’t had a mani or pedi in YEARS. Decided to go out and get a pedicure due to my new job and constantly being in steel toe boats.. well me and my mom was going to the salon behind theirs and the lady at the front kept pointing and my mother and laughing.. hysterically to where the others joined in.. I said ohhh no turned around and left. I’m glad I did that was the bestttt thing I could’ve ever done.. I turned around and saw Rosy’s nails.. I went in trying to be seen for my pedi bc I knew they were about to close.. she said DONT WORRY MAMA and got to work.. me and my mom both were able to get the pedicures of our choice( the one after detox… around $60) and I got my nails done. They do not care about you if you don’t get a full set of acrylics. Went to get a gel manicure today. Manicure who? We don’t know her. Uneven nail lengths, didn’t even attempt to shape or file down just pretended to polish. Gel was placed horribly, ridged and uneven everywhere. Can’t even paint the nails to the cuticle. I have gotten acrylics here before, they definitely put in more attention to detail with those. Disappointed in my first time getting a regular gel “manicure” here.

I only go here 2 to 3x a year. Usually this is the place I recommend . This go around I asked for the same thing. It was different people. These are not coffin style. I watched them paint over hair .1/2 nails that had gold definitely isn't covered all the way. Neither are the ends. I'm not sure i will be returning . These were for my birthday and they are crooked and messed up.
