Rosy Hair Braiding

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!!! I should have adhered to the reviews and listened to my gut (used my better judgment) but I “made an appointment” with Rosy. She requested I send her pictures of the very simple braids I wanted - she changed my appointment time , requested I come in a day early. THEN ! on the day of my appointment (I arrived 5 minutes early) to find her starting a complex style on a different client!!! This woman is crass, unpleasant and she will be put out of business. I’ve been to impeccable and gracious braiders. This woman does not have prices posted and is arrogant, treating customers as though she had “the upper hand” DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Does not keep appointments- had a lady in the chair at my requested appointment time (per her request) she changed the time! She also requested styles and etc via text and pretended she had not received texts though she “remembered” certain parts of the message I sent via text!!! I am appalled this woman is still in business, surely women in Framingham are not that desperate for her services! They can definitely go elsewhere!!!!! This woman is ignorant at best and does not deserve to be in business

I honestly believe that you should get what you pay for. I paid this lady 160 for knotless braids, she gave the regular bulky braids. I am so upset, I wish I could upload a picture. This is my first google review and I can’t even find where to upload the pictures of how she did my hair. I tried to work with her and show her pictures and possible tutorials that she could follow. I was ignored and treated with passive aggression. In which was the same reaction she gave, when I told her that I’d prefer no gel because my scalp is sensitive and receiving medical help for it. She made me very uncomfortable. And each time I had something to say about my hair only expressing my preference, she pulled my hair even tighter. I’ve been going to Rosy for many years now. She does great work. Id have to agree with other reviews though. As of late, she does play a lot of games when it comes to booking an appointment. You’ll say you want cornrows, she’ll ask “ how many braids do you want, can you send me a picture” I’ll send the picture and she never responds. You’ll call her back, she’ll have her daughter answer the phone saying “my mom said she’ll call back” and you guessed it, SHE DOESNT CALL BACK! To treat someone who has been a client for years and tips very well this way is crazy. If your tired and dont have much availability, stop being cheap and hire someone to help you braid!!! SMH

I got my hair cornrow today with Rosy today and I love my hair. I didn't really had an appointment but She was able to. Fit me it and I really appreciate her for that. She is very understanding and does give you her feedback on the hair style and she does take her time to make sure it's neat and not too tight.
