Was a faithful customer but recently went the girl ask me why are you so skinny? Her hair drag all across my body as she gave me a massage and not to mention had the nerve to press me over $50 tip when the sign said min 20%. So for a $40 massage that’s $8. I left her $22 she said i want $40 and flag me away to get out cause she wanted more money lol most craziest experience i’ve ever witnessed

I just had a lackluster massage performed by incompetent staff. Asked about tip during massage. I will continue to go to their Byberry Road and Bridgetown Pike locations; but, I won’t be coming back to this one. If they ask for tip before the massage is over then I usually won’t come back. Good luck on your search.

I just had a horrible experience here I came with three people we came to pay for the massage beforehand we paid them and then they make us come to the room and then they tell us we have to give them a $20 tip each person or else they cannot start the massage. you’re not supposed to tell somebody how much of a tip to leave and also, you never leave a tip before the service is done A tip is given based on the excellence of service if I want to leave a one dollar tip or $100 tip it’s up to me not to the provider I will never ever ever come here And I advise all of you to watch out for this scam and never go here again as well. They have lost my business used to be a returning weekly customer and now I will never return again.

She is going to be 15 yrs old, and I wanted her to invite friends for a spa day. I asked for a brochure, but there wasnt one available, so I asked to take a photo of the prices. The woman said NO! She was so rude to me. I left, and it is their loss cause they lost out on a lot of customers! I will never give them business after that. Used to.be a great place not sure if the staff is just new or if it's diffent owners but the massage i received last night was not nearly as good as ones iv gotten here in the past safe to say if nothing changes I won't be returning
