Ross Hair Salon

Super happy with my experience at this salon. I live on Ft. Sam and am in the military. I just moved to the area and tried Ross because of the proximity to the base. Kyleen gave me a fantastic trim and was super sweet. I am very happy a found this reasonably priced salon so close to my home!

My daughter and I i went in for long layers and face frame, they did an amazing job, I think it was the owner but dont quote me, she was a mature woman and was just lovely. We loved our cuts and will definitely be returning in the future.

They took my girls as walk-ins today and they both left very happy with their hair. It was my youngest’s first trim and salon visit and I’ll definitely be bringing them both back. Thank you ladies!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! i had beautiful long FULL hair after going here im left with a JOE DIRT looking hair cut…The 1st stylist did not do what i asked, brushed off my concern then Eva talked me into getting it fixed and she gave me the worst hair cut of my life. I’m restricted to half up half down hairstyles or just in a ponytail/bun. Been coming here since i was 12 years old they’ve messed up a couple times but nothing too crazy but this was the last straw. I will be finding a new salon for my family and I. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Called week of for an appointment for my mom. Was accommodated and given an appointment with Bianca who did an amazing job with her hair. Everyone was so nice and appreciated the appointment in such a short notice. I would definitely recommend Bianca to everyone!
