Went here recently and it was an awful experience. The lady cutting my hair was nice, and so was Rosita, but they completely butchered my hair. It looked like someone threw my hair into a blender and that was the result, you could get your kids, younger siblings, or pet and they would do a better job. My bands her mismatches, the right side was longer and went down at a 45 degree angle. The left side of my hair was longer, and the right side was shorter, the back of my hair was the same, longer sides and shorter sides. They get you by combing your hair to make the cut look decent but once you shower you see how badly they messed up. Go anywhere else, cut your own hair, but I wouldn't recommend this. $20 for your hair to get butchered it horrible.

Never go to this place she will destroy your hair. She was nice at first but after turning me around to look at my hair she had chopped it all off, left it uneven, left pieces sticking out and didn't cut my hair how I told her I wanted it after telling her a million times. I have very thick hair and said that it was my fault for the way she cut it. She essentially gave a little boy haircut. She gave me my money back but I feel violated by what she did to me. My mom ended up calling the place after I showed her my haircut and the lady that cut my hair blamed me for my hair and said that I kept telling her to go shorter which I never said. She also didn't wet my hair when she began cutting my hair because she "wanted to show me how it would look like dry". Super unprofessional, didn't even a

Came here thinking it would be a new nice place to try, specially with all the reviews and time it's been around. The place is clean, nice, well taken care of and it has a friendly / welcoming environment. Our issue was the service, the barber cut my husband's face during the shave and didn't even apologize. Didn't change the razor, just wiped off the face and didn't offer run arounds to complete the shave. My husband had to ask for a bandaid. He seemed young/new, so that's why the lack of experience, but the more reason would had want him to act more humble on the matter.
