Roseville Nail Spa

I've been coming to Roseville Nail Spa for 2 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. I've gotten Hard Gel, Dip Powder, and now acrylics. I love every nail tech I've had and have had nothing but good experiences. The shop is a very relaxing environment with plenty of colors and services to choose from. Both the hard gel and dip power lasted well over 3-4weeks without chipping. If you want to treat yourself and get your nails done, come to Roseville Nail Spa and relax!

Appointment was made days in advance for both my grand daughter's at 11am. We arrived at 10:50 am with 2 customers (a head of us) also waiting. We didn't get seen until 11:30. My grand daughter's mani melted off after she got out of the shower that evening. Grand daughter #1 nails look very nice. Unfortunately for #2 I was not happy at all. Talked to Kay hopefully she'll make it right. Giving them a weak 3 rating Change my review to a 1, I had to take my grand daughter's back to have both of the girls nails redone. Kay was rude to my 13 yr old told her she was impossible. Obviously I was not sitting with my grand daughter when Kay was redoing her nails. I'm upset that Kay felt the need to talk to a ( child) custom like that. Kay blamed my grand daughter for her nails

It wasn't a nice service today as other times. Wendy did my nails today. She did very well with my feet, even though I had to repeat constantly that she needed to be more gentle with the hot towel rubbing between the toes. That was tense. ( I have very sensitive skin) Then, the manicure. She made me bleed by filing the side of the nail too close to the skin. I said I just needed a piece of cotton to put pressure. She wanted to add alcohol or other powder to stop the bleeding. I said no, just the pressure would help, but then she insisted, so I had to repeat to her, just leave that finger to heal. After a while, she tried again. I was very uncomfortable by now. She apologized, but still, she wasn't following my request. I'll come back to get my nails done, but I'll wait for someone else

Giving this place 2 stars.. I used to come here before covid and it was much better. The customer service was better. The prices were better and they had more attention to detail and their customers quality of their nails as to as now they just want money. I feel as the last two times I've went into this establishment I have been unhappy with the results that I have received. I have had to to redo nails that they did that I paid for and that is not correct. Also when I called they informed me that I would have to pay a fee for them to fix them, which is inappropriate for a customer that paid for a service. The first time they messed up I waited 6 months to come back. I most likely will not be coming back to this establishment ever again unless someone else paid for my service or I received

I needed a color change and cuticles cut. when it comes to cuticles,they need to be cleaned almost on a weekly basis, I blame it on the genetics. anyways,i was surprised what a great job Tammy did. im so happy, and the gel polish was applied perfectly and even. and not to mention this salon is 5 minutes drive from my house, and I used o drive 20 far to a place I thought was the best.well,not anymore. I highly recommend this pretty and clean salon.
